Email received to admin with attendee's details but isn't being stored

A strange thing is happening randomly so it’s difficult to know why but sometimes when someone fills the form in to enter an event their details are sent to the admin email as they should be but when I go to the wp dashboard to look for their details they are not there and I have to manually add them in. I can’t see why it would be doing this … any thoughts appreciated!

Hi Ali,

What version of Event Espresso are you using for your project?

In Event Espresso 3, the prior session information (prior attendees details) can be overwritten if they start a registration and then click back right after completing a registration.

There will be a warning that appears that they will have to click past. If they do and submit another registration, then the prior one would be replaced.

If you are using a recent version of Event Espresso 3 (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/), then there will be a link to start a new registration from the thank you page.
