Email notifications FROM email address

Hi there, I am using Postman SMTP to manage the email sending and it’s working with no issues using one of our Gmail accounts. However, when I enter the Event Author shortcode for the event registration notification, that email address doesn’t show up, only the Gmail address shows up as the FROM address.

How can I get the from address to show the Event Author’s email?

Hello,

That is happening as you are sending through the Gmail service.

You may consider moving to a transactional email service:
