Hi Thanks |

Hi, Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso! Please note that the answers below are for Event Espresso 3. Currently Event Espresso 4 will not meet your needs.
Yes, but it requires, manually adding the admin and organisers emails to the individual event. Only takes a few seconds, but cannot be automated.
We have the WP User Integration add on that can assist with this. Logged in users BASIC data is transferred over to the registration form. This only covers name, email and address. Custom questions such as date of birth would still have to be manually added in.
Wp User Integration provides a list of events in the Profile, or alternatively it can be shown from the front end. Some extra styles may need to be added to make it print friendly though.
The admin will be notified, but not the anyone else. Please note that refunds must be resolved via the payment processor.
The admin can certainly do this from the admin area. The organiser would only be able to do this if they are given specific site access as it needs to be done from the admin area. We have two plugins that can assist with that: Roles and Permissions Basic and Roles and Permissions Pro. The Pro version requires Basic to be installed). The Basi version allows for an Event Espresso specific Admin, so they will have a lot of access to the site. The Pro version has other roles, an Event Manager and and Regional Manager. The event Manager sounds more suitable to you, they can create and access only their own events and attendees. However the admin can not assign events to Event Managers. Regional Managers can be assigned events based on venue and locale. I hope that helps, but please let me know if you have any further questions or need clarification. |
