Email listing Company instead of Event name

My company is ShowMeCon LLC. The Event is ShowMeCon STL 2024. Why am I not able to use the event name as a short code in the subject? As I start to have more events this could become very confusing.

Can you give more detail on what you’re trying to do?
Are you’re referring on customizing Messages? If you can shoot a video of the problem, it would be great. You can use loom to do it.
