Email issues

It seems Event Espresso has difficulty emailing to anything except @gmail.com addresses. Is this a known issue??? I have clients with @yahoo.com, @windstream.net, @icloud.net who are not receiving emails…

Hi there,

This is actually something that’s related to the server email setup and reputation. I recommend that you sign up with a transactional email service to help with deliverability issues. Here are a couple of posts with more information:
