email hidden; JavaScript is required – bug before payment

I have the wp_head and wp_footer in the theme, validation seems to work fine. I think this is a plugin issue not theme related. So instead of send the correct email, it adds some wierd message in the input which breaks everything: email hidden; JavaScript is required
I also run the latest plugin and WordPress version

it was another plugin PHPenkoder that messed up
