I changed to outlook web app and had to change the DNS for my email. Since then, the registration emails (telling me someone has registered for an event) still go to the old webmail. Same email address but it still goes to the old webmail instead of the new outlook web app like all the other emails sent to me.

How do I fix this? Thanks for your help,
Sylvie

Hi Sylvie,

DNS changes can take up to 72 hours. When did you make the change to your email?

Could you also double-check the email that is set in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Email Settings?

The DNS was changed almost 2 months ago (and yes, it took about three days for all the emails to get to the right spot).
I checked the email there and re-typed it and saved… hoping it would do the trick… but it didn’t.
What else could I do?

Hi,

Do other emails sent from your site go to the correct place? You can use the Check Email plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/) to test this.

If they do not, then you will need to contact the DNS provider (normally the domain registrar) for further assistance.
