Email Generation and Sending Frequency

I have an event where attendee have registered around 3 hours ago but no emails have been generated yet. How often are the emails generated? Ideally we want payment and registration confirmation emails to be sent as soon as the attendee registers. Can we make some configuration changes or custom code to change this frequency?

Hi Ash,

You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request.
