Email Confirmations no longer going out

Since the last upgrade my email registrations are not being sent out. I have fancy headers switched to Yes, use WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and send all mails using SMTP.

WordPress 3.5.1.
Event Espresso 3.1.30.7P

Have you tried switching fancy headers off? Is there a send test email option in the smtp plugin? Have you checked the spam folder?

My hosting company advised me to switch from SMTP to PHP and I think that it is now working again. But that’s weird because I thought that was the opposite of what was needed??

Hi, it depends on server set up etc. If the switch to php is working for you then go with it! Thanks for keeping us updated.

I’ve also since switched to Mandrill, which is sweet!
