we also have this problem. It only happens when “use fancy email headers” is switched on. Ideally we’d want to use fancy headers so it shows our company name in the emails which are sent out. Can you advise if this is a bug or if there is a fix or workaround? Thanks
It may help to check the spam folder to see if they ended up there. Also, there is are a few email troubleshooting plugins I can recommend installing:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/
This one checks to see if your WordPress installation can send emails. You might also try what Jack did and turn the “Fancy Email headers” option off in Event Espresso>General Settings.
We ask that everyone please start a new thread so that we can keep the forums organized. Please keep that in mind. When the emails send when the fancy headers option is turned off, but the emails don’t send when it’s on this is an indication that your email server is rejecting Event Espresso’s custom email headers.
