So when we make bookings / appointments with event espresso, it doesn’t seem to send us an email confirmation. The booking is made, but don’t get the email confirming the details.
We had the site up on one server, where email setting were 100% and then moved it to a new server.
All databases and scripts were simply copied over and DNS was updated.
Since moving it over, email settings in Event espresso did not change, but no one receives email confirmations. What could the problem be? There server glitch somewhere?
If you have changed severs and simply cloned the site, then it is likely a server issue.
You could try a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP or a services such as Mandrill or Postmark. A lot of customers have had great success with these.
