I want to have have several email addresses in
Email Registration Approved Template (Primary Registrant Recipient)
in the CC field I have
[CO_EMAIL], "phil@abcissa-websites.co.uk"

this gives the error

An error has occurred:
The CC field has at least one string that is not a valid email address record. Valid emails are in the format: "Name <email@something.com>" or "email@something.com" and multiple emails can be separated by a comma.

Even if I copy directly from the pro forma i.e
[CO_EMAIL], "email@something.com" or just
"email@something.com"

I get this error
