Email attendees not working?

I cant get it to send out email to attendees anymore?
I just get this blank page: http://itmesse.dk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&event_admin_reports=event_newsletter&event_id=1 and then nothing happens???

the confirmation mail when they book a ticket, is not working eather??

Hi Serina,

Was this working previous and no longer is?

Have you done any updates (plugins etc) between the time it was working and now?

Could you install a plugin such as WP Check Email and send a test email to check the server is still sending emails.

It was working before we installed a plugin.

I tried installing wp check mail and – and it is not sending emails at all?

the plugin installed was the “Ticketing -> JSON API”
to make sure the scan-app was working – which it still doesent

i uninstalled the plugin and now the attendees get their confirmation mail – but i am still not able to mail ALL attendees at once?

Hi,

Are there any error messages coming up when you click the Email Attendees button?

How many attendees are you trying to email?

Do none of them receive emails or is it that some do and some don’t?

Are you on shared hosting or a VPS/Dedicated server?
