Hi,
Is it possible to send email to a registrant with an attachment and also, is it possible to send it to multiple recipients?

Hi,
Event Espresso does not have a feature that adds attachments to emails. What you can do is add links to the email to download PDFs from within the email.
For example you can use the media uploader to add the PDF (or other file format) to your site, then copy the URL field and add a link to the email message.
The email templates have a CC field which allows for sending the email to an additional recipient.
