I have an issue when someone purchases multiple seats for an event. Currently my registration email reads: “Thank you for reserving a space at The Golden Nugget Flea Market. Please keep your eye out for your ticket which you will need to have scanned the day of your reservation at “The Nugget.” Download your ticket from here [ticket_link] Or simply show this code at the door [qr_code] (if you can’t see the code, click at the top of your email to display all images). We look forward to seeing you out there! The Management” However the issue here is that it only sends them one email with one qrcode and one link to a ticket. This would be fine if the ticket showed both seats (tables) as reserved, however it doesn’t. I also have a problem with the registration email that is generated, it shows ticket links multiple times and multiple repetitions of information. An email should be sent to both email addresses with their ticket link. Is this not happening? |
