I haven’t had many issues with updating Event Espresso on my website until this last one. I have the correct EE license key entered, my API for Elegant is current as well as my user name. I’m not sure why EE will not update on my WordPress. If you could help with this issue I would greatly appreciate it. This is the error I keep getting:

Updating Plugin Event Espresso (1/1)
An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Before you can receive product updates, you must first authenticate your Elegant Themes subscription. To do this, you need to enter both your Elegant Themes Username and your Elegant Themes API Key into the Updates Tab in your theme and plugin settings. To locate your API Key, log in to your Elegant Themes account and navigate to the Account > API Key page. Learn more here. If you still get this message, please make sure that your Username and API Key have been entered correctly

Which theme are you using? Can you send me a copy so I can install it on a test site and investigate?
If so you can use support[at]eventespresso.com to send the theme over (you may need to host the file on something like dropbox and send the link depending on the filesize)
It looks like elegant themes is hooking into the update request from EE and causing problems.
