eejs not defined error

Hi,

We have been seeing the error in browser inspector that ‘eejs not defined’

Found a similar topic: https://eventespresso.com/topic/javascript-errors-crashing-website/ but we are not using Autoptimize plugin or other plugin to remove assets.
Any idea what might cause this?
