EE4:Approved Email not being sent automatically when a registration is approved

I am using the EE4.2.5p
I have created a custom approved template for en event for which the default status has been set to “Not Approved”. These are free events so no payment is required.
But if I use bulk action to approve the registrations no email is sent out to the registrant. I have to individually open each registration and check send related message to make that happen. With several users it is quite tedious to do so. Can you help me with a way out.

Hi Joseph,

Unfortunately within the current version of EE4 (currently 4.2.5.p) there is no option to send the relevant messages when using the bulk actions.

However we have an open ticket to allow users to send the relevant messages for their registrations when using the bulk options, so this should be included within a future version of EE4.
