Hi,
We just processed an order of 211 tickets. The registrations processed correctly, but the wp_esp_registration.REG_group_size for the transaction is 127, with reg 128-211 all “#127” in the second column of the Event Registrations page for that event. Each registration got a proper unique reg code from 1-211, this limit is just on the field wp_esp_registration.REG_group_size.

Hi Michael,
I’m surprised your server didn’t time out when it tried to process that registration. I’m opening up a ticket for one of the developers to update the REG_group_size columns data type so it can handle more.

In the meantime, you can change the column’s attributes so it’s UNSIGNED. You go into phpmyadmin (or similar) and change the wp_esp_registration’s REG_group_size column as shown in this screenshot.

You’ll also need to change the REG_count column to be UNSIGNED too.

Hi Michael,
A little note about Event Espresso 4.6.20.p, which was released today. It includes the updates to allow a higher limit for the group size. So when you update, no further action on your part is needed. It will just work.
