Hi,
Wordpress: 4.6.1
Espresso: Version 4.9.21.p

I help with a sporting competition (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
When they register, they submit a lot of other details such as their weight, age, gender, belt color, and team affiliations.
I’d like to allow users to log in our site, to review/change their details.
Will this addon allow my users to change all those details?
I’ve already looked over at
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/wp-user-integration/#ee4-my-events and I’m still not sure.

You don’t necessarily need that add-on to allow them to change their details. The email that they get after they register can include a link that they can click on that takes them to their registration form where they can edit their registration info later.
If you prefer that they log in before changing their details, then you can use the WP User integration add-on, and set up the My Events page as explained in the documentation.
