We want to assign same ticket to multiple levels. How can we achieve it? Your system allows to assign one level at a time.

Hi,

In short, s2 Member’s levels share capabilities, so you set a capability that each of the multiple membership levels share. Here’s a link to s2Member’s documentation that outlines the built-in capabilities:

So for example if there’s a ticket that you want levels 2 & 3 to have access, but not levels 0 & 1, you set the ticket capability to:

access_s2member_level2

Another example where you want all levels of members to have access to a ticket, you input:

access_s2member_level0
