Yup,
Anyway, I installed and activated it. when I try purchasing a ticket, it gives the following error
“An error has occured: An attempt to access and/or write to a file on the server could not be completed due to a lack of sufficient credentials.”
So, I tried deactivating it, the error is gone. So apparently, this error was produced by the plugin. Any suggestion or ways to work around this?

FYI, another error this plugin produced was “The selected method of payment could not be determined”.

The error isn’t produced by the plugin. It’s produced by your server not allowing the plugin to write to any files on the server.

Ok, then what would you suggest I do? are there any particular files on the server that this plugin needs to be able to write to?

The add-on is attempting to write font files to the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/ directory.
When install/update plugins do you need to enter FTP details within the dashboard?
If you have FTP access to the site open up your wp-config.php file and add:
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');
Somewhere above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Does is then work?
