Anyway, I installed and activated it. when I try purchasing a ticket, it gives the following error
“An error has occured: An attempt to access and/or write to a file on the server could not be completed due to a lack of sufficient credentials.”
So, I tried deactivating it, the error is gone. So apparently, this error was produced by the plugin. Any suggestion or ways to work around this?
The add-on is attempting to write font files to the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/ directory.
When install/update plugins do you need to enter FTP details within the dashboard?
If you have FTP access to the site open up your wp-config.php file and add:
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');
Somewhere above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Does is then work?
