EE4 Use Attendee #1's information for ALL attendees Not working

I had a client try to sign up with multiple people for an upcoming workshop and he couldn’t successfully sign up with 4 people. This is the second time since upgrading to EE4 that I have had a registration problem… in about as many weeks.

Of the 6 registrants for my workshop so far, 5 have had problems and I have had to manually key in their information and go back to add their registrations manually.

Here are the key issues:
1. It seems like the contact information isn’t being captured as they click proceed to payment. All of the failures today had that in common. It could be something else, but that’s a quick assessment.

2. There is a glitch where after putting in their information and clicking proceed to payment, no payment options appear for them.

3. Use Attendee #1’s information for ALL attendees doesn’t fill in the other boxes on the form and you still have to input all of the information as though the box was unchecked.

Hi David,

It looks like there’s a problem with the way the reCaptcha module is working on your website.

Could you try turning off the reCaptcha option?
The reCaptcha option is in Event Espresso > Registration Form > Settings.

That’s all! I checked your site and the registration process is working correctly now that the reCaptcha module is not there. I can recommend a few reCaptcha alternatives that work really well at preventing spam form submissions:
