I had been getting following error after recent update. The error causes a coredump.

[02-Mar-2017 18:31:48 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function start_date() on null in /home/bosto105/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/helpers/EEH_Schema.helper.php:44

Hi there,

You’ll get that error only if you try to view an event that doesn’t have a start date set for it yet. We added some error-proofing to the next version of Event Espresso so that even if you try to view an event that doesn’t have a start date set, you won’t get that error.

I hope it is fixed soon. Sometime, we do post an event with no start date. The purpose of this announcement is “Save The date” before the event avenue and logistics are finalized.

Event Espresso will not allow you to publish an event without a start date so I’m not sure I understand the above, can you provide further details please?
