EE4 – Transaction Status: Incomplete issue

Somebody went through the registration and paid. The customers card was charged and auth.net shows it went through.

Back end in Registrations says:

Transaction Status: Incomplete
Gateway Response: This transaction cannot be accepted.
Current Registration Status: Approved

So when my customer printed her list for the class, it did not show her on it because it showed incomplete.

This has happened several times

Hi Dorian,

Your Authorize.net account support may be able to explain why the gateway response was transaction could not be accepted. If Event Espresso gets a gateway response that says “transaction cannot be accepted” it will not set the transaction to complete.

May I ask though, by what means does your customer print her list for the class? Isn’t the registration included in the list even though there was some trouble with Authnet?
