All event tickets (new and preexisting tickets) are jammed. I’m unable to edit via the gear icon or duplicate the ticket. I can change the title and amount, but nothing else. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

I’ve tried multiple web browsers and they all have the same issue.

Hi, if this was previously working and then the issue recently started, then it could be a conflict with another plugin.

Have you tried temporarily deactivating other plugins and reactivating only Event Espresso 4?

Another thing to check is if you are familiar with a web browser tool like Firebug or Chrome developer tools, then try inspecting the event editor and look for errors which are shown in red.

If you see any, then please capture a screenshot (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots) and share here so we can share feedback on a solution.

Thanks

Lorenzo

Thanks! I’ll give that a try and see if it changes. It had been working previously and as far as I know, nothing has been updated at this end.

Hi there,

I just wanted to check in and see if you tested this with only Event Espresso running and if it then worked correctly for you?

We’re still working on it. The person who works the most with EE in our company is out of town right now, so we’re winging it for now.

It looks like the issue is with Yoast SEO version 3.0.6.

Thanks for checking into the issue further. I have Yoast 3.0.6 running with the latest WP 4.4 and the latest Event Espresso 4 and I did not see any strange behavior in the event editor. I was able to edit an existing event and create a new event.

Could you provide us a copy of your Yoast settings?

There is an option to export them in Yoast SEO –> Tools –> Import & Export. Then click on Export and then click on the button.

Could you please email that file to this email and also include a link to your support post?

Thanks!

Lorenzo

We couldn’t get the information to export. We rolled back Yoast SEO to 2.3.5 and it’s working fine now.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing an update. I’m still not sure what was causing this but if we do locate the cause, then we’ll be sure to update your support post with more information.
