We are running a race event. We are set up to take primary registrant info and then pre-populate additional registrations (adult 5k, child 5K, volunteer etc.) with the same data that can then be edited with family member names. All has been working fine until 9/7 when the software stopped showing primary registrant info in the backend (registrations page) and on the CSV export. All we see now is the additional registrations marked (1/2) and (2/2) as if the primary reg info wasn’t counted as well as not being shown. We need the primary reg info for a number of reasons. Any idea what could have caused this change and how to get it back?

I figured it out. The tickets had expired because the “sell until date” was set to sept 7th at 12:00am. I reset the sell until date into the future and all is working now. Thank you. Hope this helps someone 🙂
I understand what you are saying but strangely, the primary registrant info capture persisted and took user data even when it was expired. The other ticket that was expired didn’t show up as an option. I think it might be that way because PR data was marked as required. I thought it might have been captured in the database somewhere I could access it. I am just looking for the answers to the tshirt size question for the PRs.
