We are trying to run EE4 just purchased but it severely impacts our site performance. It seems to hanging up the response by our server to a request for anything. I just found the following support exchange in your site:

Indicating that EE is not interested in servicing AZURE hosted clients. Is this still the case?
If not, please advise on how or when a fix will be available.
I so, please refund the amount we paid on 4/13 and cancel our subscription.

Hi Bob,
Event Espresso 4 is developed & tested on linux/ngnix servers only. If any of the Event Espresso developers had experience with Windows Azure this could change. In the meantime we can only recommend linux-apache and/or -ngnix.
