EE4 Remove Canceled Registration

I had an attendee register for 3 tickets but emailed and said she only needed 2. I changed the status of the one to canceled and set a refund in the transactions section. However it now says that the payment is incomplete and the amount due is equal to the one ticket. I’m not finding a way to delete this one registration without completely removing the entire payment from all three registrations.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi Bryce,

Currently although you can cancel the registrations you can not re-calculate the Transaction total / amount owing.

The only way to do this currently would be to re-register the attendee, you can do this yourself within the Admin by viewing the registrations for the event and clicking the ‘Add New Registration’ button then filling in the users details.

You can then cancel the previous registration completely and invoice using the new one.

We have an open ticket to include the functionality you mention within EE4 but it is not ready for release at this time.
