EE4 – Registration Status = Pending Payment

Hi,

I have exported the registration list from EE4 and I am now comparing it with the data from Stipe reports.

In my export from EE4, I find one buyer who has Registration Status = Pending Payment. But when I look in the Stripe reports/loggs for that buyer Stripe shows a successful payment with the correct Gateway Transaction ID.

What shall I do?
Do I have to trigger a resend from Stripe (if the is even possible) or can I do something in EventEspresso?

I am not sure if this buyer has even received his ticket and payment information.

You can trigger the Approved status from Event Espresso > Transactions and resend the ticket and payment info right from that screen.

In Event Espresso > Transactions it states “Completed”.

But in the list for registrations the status states “Pending Payment”?
Seems like a mismatch.

There is a section that states:
Current Registration Status: Pending Payment

Beneath it I can click buttons to to change the Registration Status. If I check a checkbox, I can have all the correlated e-mail sent.

Maybe I should get in contact with the buyer to confirm if he has received registration confirmation and ticket. 🙂

Hi Andreas, if the transaction was paid in full then the registration status should have switched to approved since it would be “complete.”

Go to the registration details screen and place a checkmark in the send related messages checkbox. Then click on Approved.

From here, go to the registrations overview screen and look for the transaction and click on the send ticket notice icon which looks like this:
