EE4 Registration Participant

When someone registers more than one person into our courses, they receive a confirmation that only includes one participant’s name.

It can cause extra work for us and unnecessary worry for parents, as in the email below.

Is there a way that Event Espresso can include both registrants’ names in the confirmation email?

Hi Susan, go to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Messages. Then locate the Registration Approved message type:

There is a primary registrant recipient that is greyed-out (deactivated) by default. There is also a registrant recipient that is enabled.

Click on the primary registrant recipient and this will take you to the messages editor. Add this shortcode to the TO field and save changes:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_EMAIL]
