Personal information fields are all checked and nothing shows at registration page. Not even custom ones..

Hi Dorian,
I ran a quick test registration on that event and the personal information fields are showing for me – http://take.ms/XFs55
However if I purchase additional tickets from the same event it only requests 1 set of information, is that the problem?
If so you need to select the question groups for ‘Additional Registrants’ within the event, its in the sidebar where you selected the current question groups and look something like this – http://take.ms/1CBvc
The bottom box is the question groups that will be requested for additional tickets.

For some reason the personal info was not showing then all of a sudden it did. Strange.

Hello,
I also tested this and the form appeared for me.
I noticed that you mentioned that the custom ones were not appearing earlier.
Was a member of your team recently changing the order or adding a new question?
