Hi

I have a lengthy registration page and when user clicks to add a new city, the page reloads / scrolls back to the top.

Any way to keep the focus of the form in the same place?

Hi,

It shouldn’t do that as it uses JavaScript/AJAX (it wont show otherwise).

Can you provide a link to an example event so we can see first hand what the issue is please?

Hi,

There are no errors as such causing this, so it must simply be that some JavaScript from either the theme (most likely) or a plugin is interfering with ours.

You can test this by disabling all plugins barring EE and if the form functions correctly, then its a plugin.

If not then swap to a default theme, either via Appearances or using a plugin such as the Theme Test Drive plugin, and then test the form.
