Hey Dorian, we had a registration at PC for 6 people and they were somehow able to register without paying….we fixed that and got payment but when we changed the registration to cancelled it is still showing up as a paid and attending registrant. Can you help us with this?
It’s not clear what you’re looking for help with. I can try to guess based on the limited information posted here.
It sounds like someone registered, but did not pay (which is a feature in Event Espresso that allows for paying later). Then they received payment, but they wanted to change the registration status to cancelled? If that’s the case, they can go to Event Espresso > Transactions, find the transaction, then go to edit it. On the transaction page, they can click Apply Refund to refund the payment.
An important thing to remember is the transactions are where in Event Espresso you go to handle the money end of things.
Of course she said that, but maybe you need to explain to her that people can fill out the registration form, then click the submit button, stop right there (without paying) and the registration information doesn’t get deleted the system? This allows for paying later.
