[EE4 / registration form] is there a way to make a relation between questions?

If a user answers “yes” to question 1 (required) he is presented with question 2 (required). If he answers “no” to question 1 (required) he is not presented with question 2 at all. Is there a way to achieve that?

This currently isn’t a feature of Event Espresso 4. There is a trello card where they’re tracking interest:
