Hello – This morning we ran into an issue. At this time we have an event going on right now that we’re taking ticket orders for now. We do one for the public and one for sponsors and such. We sometimes enter these in the backend if they’re comped persons coming to the event. Well when doing this, the fields were not showing up on the backend for some reason when it’s always been find and we didn’t accept any new updates and got the following error on the page: An error has occurred: I then backed up the site, and upgrade to the newest version of WordPress and the Event Esspro software. Once doing this, the issue was fixed. But then we did a test and no our email registrant details aren’t showing up correctly with the question anwsers. I am sending example now. Hi there, The message you have added above looks like it is the ‘Event Admin’ context. Is the message that is not working correctly the message sent to the person registering or the event admin? |

It seems event admin, not the person who receives the email who signs up just on our side. My event person said: admin email only in the Attendee “event”…not the sponsor/exhibit one. Please help! Thanks, Michael |
Hi Michael, I was able to reproduce this and have issues a ticket for our developers to investigate, we will update this post with any further information. |

Hi EE Support and Lorenzo, After updating to the newest version, this fixed our problem. Please make sure when doing updates on the software, your team is looking out for this as this has been in issue in the past, where the answers weren’t showing up in the past after doing an update, and this past time it wasn’t showing the questions.
