EE4 Promotions and Discount Codes

Hi Support,
Is this promotion plugin able discount by per ticket? Means I set discount 10, then if buyer buy 3 ticket, then will discount total 30.

Please assist

Hi there,

Currently not, the promotions can be applied per event rather than per ticket.

You could create another ticket type, set the min and max qty on that ticket to 10 and set the price value to suit with the discount. We call those ticket bundles and have some documentation here:
