We’re getting an error when we test the Promo codes. This is on a server that migrated from EE3 to EE4. It looks like it’s trying to submit the payment instead of submitting the promo code. If we select a payment and then click “Submit Promotional Code” it processes the payment without adding the coupon. https://screencast.com/t/5GovxXKqKj “An error has occurred: |

Did you type in a promo code into the promo code field before you click on the Submit Promotional Code? The payment inputs are for a different form. If you do not see a promo code field it may be the theme is hiding the field with CSS (for example, no visible border lines because they match the page’s background color). |

Yes, we have a test promo code that I entered before clicking the button. The field is there, but the buttons seems to be misrouted. I’ve tried on a different theme as well (twentyseventeen) with the same behavior. |

Can you link us to an event we can use to view this? We’ll also need the test promo code so we can view what happens. |

You can see an event here: http://beta.thinkbigdevelopment.net/events/after-effects-intro-43/ The promo code is: test Thanks. |

Can you try adding the following to the site’s wp-config.php file?
|
|
Yes, that works! Thank you. What is that config line? |
|
That config line is from the NextGEN gallery plugin and it basically tells the NextGEN gallery plugin to not mess with the scripts that get output to the webpage. |
