Hi,
I am looking for an efficient way to send a “THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING” kind of e-mail to the attendees that were attending (were checked-in) for the Events conducted.
Not sure if there are any functionality within the Event Espresso system?
Was thinking that it would have been awesome to select an Event, FILTER on “checked-in” and then ticked check-box and batch send message.
Possible or maybe a future functionality? 🙂

Hello,
Yes, you can send a batch message to checked-in attendees from the WP admin. You can do this by going to WP admin > Event Espresso > Registrations > Event Check-in tab. Then select the attendees that were checked-in, then click the “Send Batch Message” button below the table.

I missed that completely!
A follow-up question on this then. Is it possible to show ALL or more rows on one page? Now I have to remember which page number I was on or which was the last attendee I checked to send the Batch Message.

Click the “Screen Options” button in the top right-hand side of the page and change how many results to display per page.
