EE4 Pending Registration

Can we make it where if a person doesn’t pay for the registration, then it automatically doesn’t save as pending? Our artists have a hard time wading through the registries and have let people paint for free on more than one occasion because their name shows up as registered but payment wasn’t received. I just think the non-paid need to be delete or never make it to a saved state at all. They don’t mean anything to us and NO ONE goes back to their registry and pays later. We’ll have one person who registered 2,3,4 times and on the 5th time will pay for it. This happens frequently.

Anyway, our artist let someone else paint for free last night because of it.

Can the default be to delete the registration if payment isn’t received?

Hi Dorian,

Not currently, Event Espresso is designed to allow users to return to pay so it will not delete the registrations.

However what you can do is filter the registrations to only show approved registrations using the drop-down above the registration list, like this – http://take.ms/99E6F

Than click the ‘Filter’ button.

That way the artist will only see users that have been Approved in the list, would that work?
