Hi, we have installed a payment gateway through the payment method in EE. We have successfully linked it together however,the 3rd party gateway is not able to flag our system that it is paid, even if i received the confirmation email already from Paymaya (third party gateway). We have followed all rules already here in this link github.com/eventespresso/event-espresso-core/blob/master/docs/L–Payment-Methods-and-Gateways/gateway-classes.md#ee_offsite_gateway
And also the paymaya gateway’s instructions but it is still not pulling data from Paymaya to EE. I have seen in several other payment gateways that this is happening to paypal and so im checking if this is also a case. Please let me know how i can get support. Thank you!

Hi David,
Is this a gateway built by a third-party and not built by Event Espresso? If so, you’ll need to contact the developer of the gateway for support.
