Hi we have a pretty serious problem that I can’t seem to figure out. When someone picks one of our tickets they are not able to add any other types of tickets or purchases on to their order. In the check out section it will only show the first item on our order. I have the maximum number of tickets set to 20 and I don’t see any other settings. Please try to order some tickets on our site and then try adding some early entry passes or any other items. None of them show up. Can you please help us asap? Thank you.
EE is actually allowing you to select the additional tickets, it just isn’t shown on the attendee information step on the version of EE you are currently running (4.9.61). If you continue through to your payment options you’ll see a full list of the selected tickets.
However, there is a bug in 4.9.61 which prevents the additional ticket types showing on the attendee information step if you don’t require questions for additional registrants (you don’t currently) but if you update to the latest version of EE you should see all of your ticket selections.
