Hello,
I try to undersdand the logique between Registration, attendees and questions.
Specially when an user buy various tickets in a same event, in a same time. In this case :
* Event espresso create one registration per ticket bought
* EE attachs or creat one attendee par registration
* Question group is associated only to the first registration
Is it correct ?

That’s correct, tickets and registrations have a one-to-one relationship.
EE attachs or creat one attendee par registration
This is also correct, however to be clear, EE will create a new EE attendee (contact) if it does not find an existing EE contact (note these are different than WP users) and assigns the registrations to that contact. If EE does find an existing EE contact in the system that matches the first name, last name and email address exactly then it assigns the registration to that contact.
Question group is associated only to the first registration
This depends on how your event is set up.
If you only ask questions for the ‘Primary registrant’ then the questions will only be assigned to the first registration, if you ask questions for additional registrants then those additional registrations will have questions assigned to them.
