[EE4] : Not seeing the select buttons to choose ticket on SmartPhone

Hi,

I have an issue which might not be related to Event Espresso itself, but rather the suggested WordPress Theme to use, Iced Mocha.

On SmartPhones, the buyer cannot see the select box/circle for the tickets.
I’ve got reports that it should be the case for both Apple and Android devices. I personally only have iPhone and can confirm it.

If I, however, tilt my iPhone to landscape mode, I can either see it or scroll.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Andreas,

I can suggest changing to the full width layout setting. You go to Appearance > Iced Mocha Settings > Layout Settings, then change the Main Layout Setting to the first option (no sidebars) then you click save changes.

Interesting thing is that when going to the place you suggest, I see no setting to change…

Just updated to WordPress 4.9.

Your site doesn’t have an Appearance > Iced Mocha Settings menu?

Under Appearance there is a menu called Iced Mocha Settings (see image), but on the page nothing exists…

It looks like your site could use an update to the current version of the Iced Mocha theme, which is available here:

I’ll look into changing theme to something that Event Espresso recommends in order to secure that it works smoothly.
