need help troubleshooting this. no emails are being received for the registrations pending payment messages.
I’ve been all through support forum posts. Upgraded my PHP to 5.529, installed email log and I DO see the emails in there. There are no customizations made to EE. Please help! Site is PYTAyoga.com
Usually when this happens it is due to issue with your host.
Event Espresso itself doesn’t actually send any emails, it passes the emails to WordPress which then passes them to your host to do any number of steps, This means if WordPress can not send emails, neither can EE.
As you can see the emails within the log that means EE is passing them over to WordPress (wp_mail) which is then passing them to your host.
We recommend using a transactional email service such as Mandill or PostMark which basically then sends all of your sites email through their servers rather than your hosts.
