I’m running WP 4.2.1 with EE 4.6.23.p and have an issue with this most recent combination.
When creating a new ticket the related pricing record is not created in the database. I can manually add the price record with the matching ticket ID to solve the problem.
I tried updating the price multiple times before realizing that the data was not being saved. Upon inspection of the database, I noticed that the pricing record for the new ticket was missing which explained the initial frustration.
I believe what was happening was that the create ticket button would create the ticket, but not the related price record. You could put a price in, but when updating the event the field would become blank due to the missing record and the event would simply show the price as $0.00.
This was likely due to the recent WordPress security release from earlier this week. With major releases like WP 4.2, we start testing early. However, with security releases, we have limited notice.
