EE4 Need to enter attendees to expired events

In EE#, we were able to enter attendees to past events, but in EE4 we get this message “We’re sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired”. How can we get around this? Many of our attendees are entered after the event is past, because our trainers are on the road and do not have the ability to enter them during the class itself.

Hi there,

You can get around this by setting the event’s status to Draft (the status is set in the Update Event box) then you set the Sell Until date(s) for the tickets to a date in the future if the Sell Until date(s) have passed.
