EE4 – Multiple sites with auth.net

Does it matter if we have two websites using EE4, using the same auth.net credentials?

Does it matter in what way?

Assuming the sites are separate EE will not have any issue with it and as far as I am aware auth.net will not have a problem with it but you would need to contact them to confirm.

My customer says that customers are getting declined even though they are 100% that the info entered is correct. I told her to contact auth.net.

Hi Dorian,

You can also check the logs in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs which may have the information that says why the card was declined. It may not have that information if Authorize.net did not send a response back to your website though.
