We are holding camps in 2 locations this summer, and each location will have four 4-day sessions. Campers need to register for an individual 4-day session. There are three ticket prices for each session (early, regular, on-site). All of the details (description, ticket prices, venue, etc) will be the same. Ideally, what I would like to do is set up one event, list four sessions, and have them choose a ticket option for the session they selected.
I’ve searched the forums and setting up different Event Datetimes doesn’t quite do what I am looking for (at least I don’t think it does). Is there a way to set this up or do I just need to create 8 different events – 4 for each location? I am hoping to streamline the process both for myself and for the people who register.
I’ve got that set up, but when I run through a test, there isn’t a way for them to select which session they want to attend. I am sure there is a perfectly obvious thing I am missing here :/
Do I need to list out different tickets for each time? Currently there is a regular and on-site ticket option for each, with the closing dates and prices the same for each session.
You would want to create a ticket option for each datetime like this:
Session 01 – Student
Session 01 – Teacher
That will let you manage the registration limits for each session.
