I have read through the posts and instructions regarding ticket setups and am unsure how to handle this particular situation: We have an event/class that will have sessions on 5 dates. The total event has an early bird price and a regular rate. Both include all 5 class sessions. The class participant limit is 15. Please see this screenshot of my setup so far: https://www.dropbox.com/s/asxj77m2xj4tsxe/screenshot_multipleSessions.png?dl=0
I am unclear about where I need to put number indicators to ensure that no more than a total of 15 tickets are sold over the course of the 2 ticket activation periods. Thanks for your help.
I’m assuming both of your tickets are assigned to all of the datetimes? (If you click the ‘cog’ icon next to the ticket you select the datetimes it applied to)
If you have a limit of 15 set on the datetime it doesn’t matter which combination of tickets make up those 15 registrations, the total amount of registrations can only be 15 or less.
You’re most welcome, if you have any further questions just let us know 🙂
